Enter your company once
Name, address, phone, email, GSTIN and website, plus your logo. They are kept in this browser and come back on every new quote, so this section is filled in once and corrected now and then.
Write a quotation, estimate, proposal or proforma invoice beside a live preview, with GST or VAT, ten currencies, sections, optional add-ons and your signature, and save it as a PDF or PNG. Your quotes, clients and catalog stay in your browser: nothing is uploaded.
Entered once: your details and logo are kept in this browser and used for every new quote.
Name, address, phone, email, GSTIN and website, plus your logo. They are kept in this browser and come back on every new quote, so this section is filled in once and corrected now and then.
The number is generated from the year and a counter behind your prefix; the date is today and the validity thirty days by default. Choose the currency, the title (Quotation, Estimate, Proposal or Proforma Invoice), the version and the status.
Pick a saved client from the drop-down or type the company, contact person, address, email, phone and GSTIN. Tick "Save this client" and they are in the list next time; the Clients button manages the list.
Each line has a name, a description, an HSN or SAC code, a quantity with its unit, and a rate. Group lines under headings with Add Section, pull repeat items from the Catalog, and tick Optional add-on on anything the client may leave out.
Choose GST (split as CGST and SGST, or IGST), VAT or a custom tax and its rate, and whether prices already include it. Add a discount, notes, terms and bank details, then draw or upload your signature with the signatory's name and designation.
Save keeps the quote in the browser with its status. PDF opens the print dialog with only the quote on the page (choose "Save as PDF"); PNG makes a picture for messaging apps. Duplicate starts the next revision from this one.
A quotation carries your prices, your client list and your bank details. This tool has no server side: quotes, clients, catalog and settings stay in your browser on your own device, and the PDF and PNG are made there too.
Intra-state quotes split the tax into CGST and SGST, inter-state quotes charge IGST, at any of the five slabs, with HSN or SAC codes on every line and GSTINs for both parties. VAT and a custom tax cover clients elsewhere.
Group the lines under headings such as Design, Development and Hosting, and mark the extras the client can choose as optional: they are listed on the quote but kept out of the total until accepted.
Draw your signature on the pad or upload an image, add the signatory's name and designation, and print the grand total in words in the Indian style (lakh and crore), as many clients and banks expect.
Corporate, Minimal, Creative, Bold and Elegant, with a primary colour of your own on top, and the title of your choice: Quotation, Estimate, Proposal or Proforma Invoice.
Saved quotes with a status from draft to accepted, a client list, a catalog of repeat items, and an analytics window with the count, the acceptance rate and the average and total value. One backup file holds it all.
A quotation is an offer: it says what you will deliver, at what price, under what conditions and for how long the offer stands. A clear one gets accepted faster and leaves less room for argument afterwards. The tool prompts for every element below, and the quote shows them in the order a client reads them.
The number lets both sides refer to the offer; the version shows which revision this is; the validity date tells the client when the prices lapse. QUOTIFY numbers quotes by year and counter and sets the validity from your default, thirty days unless you change it.
Your company with its GSTIN or tax ID, and the client's company, contact person and GSTIN. Under GST the client's state decides whether the tax is CGST and SGST or IGST, and their GSTIN decides whether they can claim it back.
One line per deliverable with a description, a quantity and a unit (hours, days, pieces, square feet and more), an HSN or SAC code where GST applies, and a rate. Sections keep a long quote readable; optional lines show what else is on offer.
Subtotal, discount, taxable amount, each tax line and the grand total on separate lines, so the client sees what the work costs and what the government takes. Tick "Prices are tax inclusive" when your rates already include the tax and the quote extracts it.
How much is paid when, how long the work takes, what the warranty covers and what happens when the scope changes. The default terms are a starting point; your bank details print in their own box when you choose to show them.
A signed quote reads as a commitment. Draw it once, keep it with the saved quote, and the signatory's name and designation print beneath it. The status badge (draft, sent, accepted and so on) tracks the offer's life afterwards.
PDF opens your browser's print dialog with only the quote on the page. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination for a text-based file that can be searched and copied and that runs to a second page when the quote is long, or a printer for a paper copy. PNG draws the quote into an image at double resolution, handy for messaging apps and for pasting into an email. The file is named after the quote number, QT-2026-001.pdf or .png, so it is easy to find later.
Both happen on your device. The quote is never sent anywhere to be rendered, which also means the buttons work without an internet connection once the page has loaded.
Because the records live in your browser, back them up. Export All Data in Settings writes every saved quote, client, catalog item and setting into one file; Import Data reads it back on any computer. A cleared cache, a deleted browser profile or a private window loses the records otherwise, and no copy exists anywhere else.
In your browser's storage on this device. Nothing is sent to a server, so the records exist only in the browser you used. Clearing the site's data removes them; Export All Data in Settings writes everything to one file that Import Data restores.
Click PDF (or press Ctrl+P). The browser's print dialog opens with only the quote on the page; choose Save as PDF as the destination. The result is a text-based PDF that can be searched and that paginates a long quote. PNG makes a picture of the quote instead.
Choose GST (CGST + SGST) for a client in your own state or GST (IGST) for a client in another state, and pick 0, 5, 12, 18 or 28 percent. The tax is worked out on the subtotal after any discount and shown as separate lines; with "Prices are tax inclusive" ticked, the tax is extracted from the prices instead of added.
Yes. Add Section creates a named heading, and Add Item under it puts lines in that group; the quote shows the heading above them. Tick Optional add-on on a line (or right-click it) and it is listed on the quote marked as optional but left out of the total.
Yes. Draw a signature with the mouse or a finger on the signature pad and click Use Signature, or upload an image of your signature. It is printed above the signatory's name and designation at the foot of the quote.
Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Rejected and Expired are printed as a badge on the quote and kept with the saved quote. Analytics counts the saved quotes, works out the share accepted and the average and total value.
