Enter the client's name, company, contact details and address, and pick their country: that fills the tax name and rate for you. Save Client keeps them for the next invoice; Load Client brings them back.
The number counts up from your last saved invoice behind the prefix you choose. The invoice date is today and the payment terms set the due date; add a PO number if the client gave you one, and choose the currency.
One row per product or service with a description, quantity and rate. The amount, the subtotal, the tax and the total update as you type, in the form and on the preview.
Give a percentage or fixed discount if you like, check the tax, and add notes and payment instructions such as your bank details. Switch the template at the top to compare the four looks.
Save Invoice adds it to the history, where it can be loaded again later. Download PDF writes an A4 file named after the invoice number; Print opens the print dialog with only the invoice on the page.
An invoice carries your client list, your prices and your bank details. This tool has no server side: everything you type stays in your browser on your own device, and the PDF is built there as well.
From US dollars and euros to rupees, yen, dirhams and rand, each with the right symbol and decimals. A second currency can be shown under the amount due for a client who thinks in another one.
Pick the client's country and the tax line is labelled and rated the way that country expects: VAT, GST, MwSt, TVA, IVA, BTW or sales tax. Edit either field when your case differs.
Modern, Classic, Minimal and Bold layouts, switchable at any time while the content stays. Your logo goes at the top; without one, a coloured tile with your initials takes its place.
Save your business once and your regular clients once; each invoice is then a few clicks. Saved invoices are listed with the client, the total and the date, and load back into the form.
No account, no subscription, no watermark. Export writes every invoice, client and profile to one file; Import restores it on any computer. Keyboard shortcuts cover the common actions.
Choosing the client's country fills the Tax Name and Tax Rate fields with the name and the standard rate used there. The presets are starting points: a reduced rate, a provincial addition, a state sales tax or a zero-rated export are all entered by editing the two fields. "Other" leaves both blank for you to fill in.

Tax rules change, and the right rate depends on what you sell and to whom. The presets save typing; your accountant confirms the figure.
A discount can be a percentage of the subtotal or a fixed amount. It is deducted before the tax is worked out, which is how most tax rules want it, and it appears as its own line on the invoice so the client sees the full price, the reduction and the tax on the reduced figure.
Due on Receipt, Net 15, 30, 45 or 60 set the due date from the invoice date automatically; change the invoice date and the due date follows. Custom lets you type terms of your own, such as "50% on signing, 50% on delivery", and set the due date by hand.
The currency sets the symbol, its position and the number of decimals: yen without decimals, francs and kronor with the symbol after the amount. "Also Show In" adds an approximate figure in a second currency under the amount due, worked out from fixed reference rates, as a courtesy to the reader and not as a rate of exchange.
Download PDF draws the preview into an image at double resolution and places it on an A4 page, so what you see is what the client gets, logo and colours included, and the file opens everywhere. It is named after the invoice number, so INV-042.pdf lands in your downloads folder ready to attach. Print opens your browser's print dialog with only the invoice on the page, for a paper copy or for the browser's own "Save as PDF" option, which produces a text-based PDF that can be searched and copied and that paginates a long invoice.
Both happen on your device. The invoice is never sent anywhere to be rendered, which also means the buttons work without an internet connection once the page has loaded.
Because the records live in your browser, back them up. Export writes every saved invoice, client and business profile, your logo and the invoice counter into one file; Import reads it back on any computer. A cleared cache, a deleted browser profile or a private window loses the records otherwise, and no copy exists anywhere else. The history keeps the last 50 saved invoices, 100 clients and 10 business profiles; the backup file is the archive beyond that.
In your browser's storage on this device. Nothing is sent to a server, so the records exist only in the browser you used. Clearing the site's data removes them; the Export button writes everything to one file that Import restores.
No. The preview is drawn into an image in your browser and placed on an A4 page on your device. Print uses the browser's own print dialog, with only the invoice on the page.
Choosing the client's country fills the tax name and the standard rate for that country, for example VAT at 20% for the United Kingdom or GST at 18% for India. Both fields can be edited afterwards, and the United States starts at 0% because sales tax varies by state.
Seventeen: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, INR, CAD, AUD, CHF, CNY, HKD, SGD, SEK, NZD, MXN, BRL, AED and ZAR. The choice sets the symbol and the decimals on the invoice. A second currency can be shown under the amount due as an approximate figure from fixed reference rates.
Yes, as a percentage of the subtotal or as a fixed amount. The discount is taken off before the tax is calculated, and it appears as its own line on the invoice.
A business profile is you: name, contact details, address and logo, loaded into the Your Business section. A client is who you bill, loaded into Bill To. Both are kept in the browser and chosen from a list, so a regular invoice takes a few clicks.
It is free, with no registration and no watermark. Like every page on ZeroDataUpload, it is supported by advertising.
InvoiceForge is a single form with a live preview: 17 currencies, tax presets by country, discounts and payment terms, with saved clients and profiles in pop-up windows. Bill Generator is organised in sections with a dashboard, invoice status, a client book and export-of-services fields for Indian businesses. Pick the one that fits how you bill.
